For the past couple of months, the Team at Ceartas and our friends have been -unknowingly-entered into a hyacinth growing competition.

With thanks to Anne Marie Timmoney, Community Development Worker at EDC, and Jackie Gillespie, Streetscene Project Officer at EDC, who had a number of leftover bulbs from her work with local schools: our Advocacy Link Worker here at Ceartas, Linda McGavin, collected the remaining bulbs and distributed to friends, staff and partner organisations across East Dunbartonshire including Twechar Nursery and Empower.

What started as an exercise in distributing bulbs has quickly turned into a cheerleading contest, with the submissions below.

So, who wins?!
