30 October, 2020Since the beginning of the COVID outbreak, the Team at Ceartas have been running all groups & projects digitally. As we expect to be doing this for the foreseeable future, we have been working hard to make our service more digitally accessible; from developing our CCCC web-app, providing devices to people in the community (Connecting Scotland, SCVO), and by continuing the development of our online activities.
New programme for De Café
De Café is a peer-support café for people affected by dementia or memory loss. Ceartas facilitates four De Cafés across East Dunbartonshire which have been running fortnightly, on Zoom: these will now be running once per month with the addition of four other meetings, not area specific, focusing on themes requested by De Café members.
