Ceartas is an independent professional advocacy service which works with all people aged 16 and over in East Dunbartonshire. We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Development Worker (Connect, Create, Change Project)

35 hours

£26,000

We are looking for a dynamic communicator who can build strong and lasting relationships with a variety of key stakeholders to establish and develop the Connect, Create, Change Project across East Dunbartonshire, connecting people creatively to create change in their lives and the community they live in.

You will have a passion for a human rights approach to your work and be innovative in your work with individuals and partners from diverse backgrounds.

The post holder will be responsible for taking forward a range of engagement initiatives in the delivery of the project.
