*REQUESTS FOR WELLBEING PACKS HAVE NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2021 CAMPAIGN*

After the success of our Wellbeing Pack campaign last year, Ceartas will be offering a similar pack to reach those at risk of loneliness and isolation across East Dunbartonshire. The packs contain a number of helpful tools and tips to assist in maintaining health and wellbeing and some goodies too!

The team will be distributing the packs throughout Mental Health Awareness Week (10-14^th May 2021).

How to get a pack

• The first 100 people to sign up to our ebulletin via THIS ONLINE FORM will get a Wellbeing Pack.
• It’s important you tick the ‘subscribe to our newsletter’ box at the bottom of the page to ensure you have joined our ebulletin/mailing list.
• We won’t bombard you with unwanted emails; we send out a monthly newsletter that provides helpful updates about what’s going on in Ceartas and across East Dunbartonshire.

Things worth noting

• It’s only 1 pack per household. If you want to get one for a family member or friend, they’ll also have to sign up to our online form.

• If you are requesting a pack for someone else, please seek their permission before subscribing their email address to our bulletin. Also please inform the recipient that you have requested a pack on their behalf.

• If we run out of packs (as we did last year), you will be notified and be first on the list for the next Wellbeing Packs campaign we will be running later in the year.

• If you have already signed up to our ebulletin, can we request that you update your form by adding your delivery address.

• Also, we have 20 pedometers to include in the Wellbeing Packs; if you are interested in receiving one, please enter YES on the relevant box on the form. Please note, we only have 20 and they will be given out on a strictly first come first served basis. If you receive a pedometer, you are agreeing to participate in feedback, via email or telephone call, from ourselves about your experience using them.
