The Ceartas AGM saw four members being formally voted onto the Board of Management but also saw the departure of Valerie Breck as she stepped down due to increasing pressures on her time.

Val has been a key part of Ceartas, voluntarily giving her time in supporting the organisation and her enthusiasm and commitment will be missed but we wish her the very best for the future.

As stated the AGM gladly wasn't just about goodbyes, four members joined the board: Margaret Lynch, Lorna Ballard, Sheila Traynor and Bob McLean. 

All come with a huge amount of experience in the voluntary, public and private sector and will be an asset to Ceartas with their knowledge of financial, staff and project management. An extended profile of the Ceartas Board will be on soon…
