Ceartas are delighted and excited to announce, that in partnership with The National Lottery Community Fund, we will be able to continue running and developing our successful Connect Create Change (CCC) project to support people living in East Dunbartonshire to connect with local services and their community. 

Connect Create Change will support the development and expansion of peer support opportunities with a variety of innovative groups and activities.

This work tackles social isolation by providing meaningful activity, enhancing; confidence, positive mental health, the platform to meet others, and connecting people with the right information and services.

The CCC project will allow us to take this to the next level through greater coordination with a focus on developing current activities, new activities, our networks, and volunteer involvement.

Officially kicking off on 1^st September 2023 the CCC project will run for three years. Watch out for further announcements over the summer.
