5 July, 2023Ceartas is an independent professional advocacy service which works with all people aged 16 and over in East Dunbartonshire. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Information Development Worker
35 hours per week (part time negotiable)
£23,650 – £26,875K (pro rata if part time)

If so, we would love you to apply for the position of Information Development Worker with Ceartas. The role will involve working alongside people, giving priority to those living with and affected by dementia, in East Dunbartonshire to:
- Develop and provide a person centred information service
- Enable individuals to access information either on a one to one basis or through group work facilitating our existing De Cafes and group supports;
- work alongside partner agencies to promote access to a variety of community based supports; supporting individuals to make best use of information in decision making in relation to their current and future needs.
The post is based in Kirkintilloch and the postholder will work across East Dunbartonshire. We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team and who has the skills to develop and maintain relationships with their colleagues, partner agencies and most importantly with the people who use the service.
