On the 6th of Feb 2020, we will be setting aside time from our normal working day specifically for Time to Talk Day: a chance to have conversations and break down barriers about mental health, inside & outside of the workplace. It is a day to talk, to listen, to change lives. More information available on the See Me website.

What we have planned at Ceartas:

11.30AM–11.40AM:
Being Mindful: an optional 10 minute mindfulness session.
11.40AM–12PM:
Introducing the Pledge Wall: pledge to change the way we think and act about mental health in the workplace.
12PM–12.45PM:
Lunch and What’s a’body to do: pot luck lunch & body wall, stress busting tips.
12.45PM–1PM:
Words for Wellbeing: 15 minute writing exercise to promote mental wellbeing.
