When we #WalkAMile on 11th June 2019, we will be breaking down barriers and opening conversations about mental health.

We host this special event once per year and invite all friends, partner organisations and the people we work with to join us on a walk around Kirkintilloch.

In similar format to our Walk n Roll group, we will welcome all walkers back to McGregor House for a cup of tea and a chat. The walk is also open to anyone wanting to access health and local information.
