ABI Cafe met on Thursday 2nd May and thoroughly enjoyed a cookery demonstration by Clare Bannerman.  Clare showed the group how to make a cheap, healthy quick and easy soup and stir fry!   You’ll just need too take our word for it that it was delicious!!  Our thanks to Clare for all the tips and recommendations.    The Group have been very busy preparing for the ABI Seminar which took place on Wednesday 15th May and was a great success in raising awareness of ABI in the local area.   If you want a fuller report of the Seminar, contact Pam at Ceartas on 0141 775 0433.

The ABI Cafe planning group are looking into the possibilty of the group members producing a book on their experiences of living with brain injury.  They are also looking forward to a summer musical afternoon at the end of June – music, cakes and tea . . what more could we want!
