Our EGM was called in order to make some necessary amendments to our Articles of Association. 

Following further discussion with our Solicitors we have decided to conduct a wider review and are able to bring all the necessary amendments to one members' meeting.

The Board have agreed that our AGM on Friday 3rd December will provide the appropriate opportunity to discuss and amend our articles and have therefore cancelled the EGM in November.
