Ceartas Advocacy staff have many years of experience, and a wide range of expertise across the private and public sectors, health and social care, and voluntary sectors. We are able to offer training and consultancy on a wide range of subjects, as well as offering independent facilitation for meetings, workshops and conferences.

We work with the everyday application of individual’s rights in health, social care, when accessing community services; and when they become subject to legislation like the Mental Health Act, the Adults With Incapacity Act, or the Adult Support and Protection Act. We can help managers, staff and volunteers to understand how to work with individuals in a way that respects their rights and reflects the standards of professional practice you expect of them.

One of our areas of expertise is in user involvement and consultation, and we can help you to organise successful consultation or planning events when considering new services, service improvement, or service redesign.
