Service User Involvement

Ceartas works with a number of different agencies in order to promote user involvement and consultation within local organisations. The Richmond Fellowship, East Dunbartonshire Community Addictions Team and Bield Housing are just three of the organisations that have worked in partnership with Ceartas.

Richmond Fellowship approached us to facilitate a day of service user consultation.

The local Community Addictions Team (CAT), have worked with Ceartas on an ongoing basis as they consult their service users and review their services.

At Bield, Ceartas facilitate service user meetings, as we support individuals and the residents’ group to put forward their opinions.

Ceartas will continue to work with other organisations as we support service users to express their views. If you are involved in a social or health care organisation and would like to discuss if Ceartas could assist you in this area of work then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Ceartas has its own Service User Group called Still Game. Still Game meets regularly to ensure that the views and input of those who use the services of Ceartas are at the heart of any future development of the organisation. For more info about Still Game look under the Get Involved Tab above.
