Ceartas

At Ceartas we are focussed on achieving our objectives not in isolation, but by working in partnership with other voluntary and statutory organisations, with the ultimate goal of improving service delivery for older people and people with dementia.

At the present time, Ceartas is also pleased to be working formally in partnership with Carers Link in its Asist-Ed project.
