Ceartas Membership

How can I support Ceartas?

You can support Ceartas by becoming a member and if you are a member why not encourage others to join up!

Why become a member?

It demonstrates to our partners and funders that people are concerned about advocacy and the rights of older people and individuals with dementia in East Dunbartonshire. It can therefore give the organisation a stronger voice as it's consulted and services are planned.

The role that members can play is up to the individual for example, Ceartas members can play a full part in the management of the organisation by serving on the board. If time does not allow that level of commitment, then members can keep in touch by receiving a quarterly newsletter and be updated on local developments in dementia care. Also each year members can attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

What will it cost?

Nothing. Membership is free.
